Terms of Service

AcademicArk (academicark.in) is an independent online study platform for AKTU B.Tech students and GATE CS aspirants, operated from Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It offers notes, previous year questions (PYQs), important topics, predicted papers, exam strategy tools, Ark AI study help and related features.

AcademicArk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), the GATE organising institutes (IISc / IITs), or any college. University and exam names are used only to describe what our study material covers.

By creating an account or using AcademicArk, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• AcademicArk is meant for students and learners. If you are under 18, please use it with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
• You must give true information when you sign up (name, email and academic details such as college, branch and semester).
• You may use AcademicArk for your own personal study. Commercial use, reselling or bulk redistribution is not allowed.

• You can sign in with Google or with email and password.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not share a paid account with others.
• If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and write to support@academicark.in.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms — for example spam, abuse, attempts to bypass limits, scraping, or sharing paid access.

AcademicArk is freemium. Many features can be used without paying. Some features — such as higher daily download limits and premium exam tools — need a paid plan. Current plans, prices and what each one includes are always shown on the Plans page before you pay; that page is the final word on what you get.

• One-time payment, no auto-renewal. Each plan is a single payment for a fixed number of days (for example, 14 or 90 days). We never charge you again automatically.
• Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and ends after its validity period. You can buy again whenever you want.
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. AcademicArk does not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We may change prices or plan features in the future; changes never affect a plan you have already paid for.

Because a plan gives digital access immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once the plan is active. We will refund you in full if:

• money was deducted but your plan was not activated, and we are unable to activate it for you; or
• you were charged more than once for the same order.

To ask for help, write to support@academicark.in within 7 days of the payment with your registered email address and the order ID or transaction reference. We check every request with Cashfree. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the money.

• Notes, PYQs, important topics and other material are provided to help you study. Some material is prepared by our team and some is contributed by others.
• Previous year question papers belong to their original publishers (such as AKTU). We share them for educational reference only.
• Exam intelligence — important topics, predicted papers, weightage and strategy — is based on analysis of past papers. It is a study aid, not a guarantee of what will appear in any exam, and not an official source.
• Always check your official syllabus, notices and timetable from your university or the exam authority.

The AcademicArk name, logo, design, software and our original content belong to AcademicArk. Please do not copy, re-upload or sell our material, or remove watermarks or credits.

• Some features use artificial intelligence to explain topics, answer questions or make study plans.
• AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check important facts with your notes, books or teachers before relying on them.
• Do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information into AI chats.

When using AcademicArk, you agree not to:

• upload or share content you do not have the right to share, or anything illegal, hateful, sexual or harmful;
• scrape, bulk-download or copy the site with bots or scripts, or try to bypass download limits or paywalls;
• attack, overload or try to break into the service or other users’ accounts;
• use AcademicArk to cheat in an exam or break your institution’s rules;
• pretend to be someone else, or send spam through feedback or contact forms.

If you believe something on AcademicArk uses your work without permission, write to support@academicark.in with the page link, what you own, and how to contact you. We review every complaint and remove material that should not be there.

We work to keep AcademicArk fast and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we stop a paid feature you have an active plan for, we will offer a fair solution such as extra days or a partial refund.

AcademicArk is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for exam results, marks, admissions, or losses caused by relying on study material or AI answers, or by the service being unavailable.

Where we are found responsible, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid AcademicArk in the 3 months before the issue. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under Indian consumer law.

You can stop using AcademicArk at any time. To delete your account and personal data, write to support@academicark.in from your registered email address. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to solve a problem with you directly first — please write to us. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these Terms as AcademicArk grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes, we will also tell you on the website or by email. Using AcademicArk after an update means you accept the new Terms.
