Question 1

What is AcademicArk?

Accepted Answer

AcademicArk is a study platform for AKTU B.Tech students and GATE CS aspirants. You get semester-wise notes, previous year questions (PYQs), important topics, predicted papers and exam strategy tools in one place. AcademicArk is independent and is not affiliated with AKTU or the GATE organising institutes.

Question 2

Is AcademicArk free?

Accepted Answer

AcademicArk is freemium. You can sign in and use many features without paying. Paid plans add higher daily download limits and premium exam tools. You can see exactly what is included on the Plans page before paying.

Question 3

How do I find notes for my subject?

Accepted Answer

Open the Notes page and filter by semester and subject, or use Search. To always see the right subjects first, set your college, branch and semester in your academic profile.

Question 4

How do I change my semester or branch?

Accepted Answer

Go to your academic profile and update your semester, branch or college. Your home page and recommendations will update to match.

Question 5

Notes for my subject are missing or wrong. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Please tell us using the contact form and choose "Wrong or missing notes / PYQs". Mention the subject, semester and what is missing or wrong. This helps us fix it for every student.

Question 6

Where can I find AKTU previous year questions (PYQs)?

Accepted Answer

Each subject has a PYQ section with questions grouped by unit and year, plus full past papers. Open a subject from Notes or Search, then go to its PYQ tab.

Question 7

What are important topics and predicted papers?

Accepted Answer

Important topics show which questions and topics have been asked most often in past AKTU papers. A predicted paper is a practice paper built from those patterns. Both are study aids based on past papers — they are not official and do not guarantee what will come in the exam.

Question 8

What is Exam Coach and Ark AI?

Accepted Answer

Exam Coach helps you plan what to study for a subject based on past paper patterns. Ark AI can explain topics and answer study questions. AI answers can sometimes be wrong, so check important points with your notes.

Question 9

Can I track my attendance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Attendance tracker lets you add your subjects and mark classes so you can keep an eye on your attendance percentage.

Question 10

Does AcademicArk help with GATE CS?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The GATE CS section has previous year questions by subject, important topics, subject-wise weightage, a predicted paper and preparation strategy.

Question 11

Are GATE predictions official?

Accepted Answer

No. GATE weightage, important topics and predicted papers on AcademicArk are based on analysis of past GATE papers. Always follow the official GATE syllabus and notices.

Question 12

What paid plans are available?

Accepted Answer

Plans are one-time payments for a fixed number of days. Currently Exam Boost (14 days) and AcademicArk Pro (90 days) are available. Prices and what each plan includes are always shown on the Plans page.

Question 13

Will I be charged again automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Every plan is a one-time payment. There is no auto-renewal. When your plan ends, you can buy again if you want.

Question 14

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. You can usually pay with UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. AcademicArk never sees your card, UPI or bank details.

Question 15

Money was deducted but my plan is not active. What now?

Accepted Answer

First refresh the page or sign out and sign in again — sometimes the bank confirms a little late. If the plan is still not active, write to support@academicark.in with your registered email and the order ID or UPI reference. We check it with Cashfree and either activate your plan or refund you in full.

Question 16

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Because plans give digital access straight away, payments are generally non-refundable once the plan is active. You get a full refund if money was deducted and the plan could not be activated, or if you were charged twice. Write to us within 7 days of the payment.

Question 17

How do I sign in?

Accepted Answer

You can sign in with Google or with your email and password. Use the same method every time so you reach the same account.

Question 18

I forgot my password.

Accepted Answer

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. We will email you a reset link that works for a short time. If you signed up with Google, just use "Continue with Google" instead.

Question 19

How do I stop emails from AcademicArk?

Accepted Answer

Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any AcademicArk email. You will stop getting reminders and offers. Payment receipts and password reset emails will still reach you.

Question 20

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Write to support@academicark.in from your registered email and ask us to delete your account. We delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except payment records we must keep by law.

Question 21

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

We only collect what we need to run AcademicArk, we do not sell personal data, and payments are handled by Cashfree. Our Privacy Policy explains everything in plain language.
